The DSW IssueSync app has been built exclusively for Evidence Action DSW program's CSA-CR staff who will utilise it to collect and update information that describes the physical state of Chlorine dispensers.
The data that is collected is automatically synchronised to Evidence Action's server where it is relayed to a companion web application called DSW IssueTracker that is used by CSA-PE staff.
CSA-CR staff use this app to update ASSIGNED issues which are created and designated to them by the CSA-PEs through the IssueTracker and similarly, CSA-CR staff can also CREATE issues and assign them to the CSA-PEs.
When both ASSIGNED and CREATED issues have been updated, they are finalised and cleared off the issue list.
